Paris Air Show – Entreprise Ireland

This 81 sqm Irish Pavilion stand was created to promote Irish aviation companies at the Paris Airshow in 2017. Seek Design created an innovative, bespoke exhibition stand and designed branding to reflect the specific industry that was being promoted. This open plan island stand featured a central blue wrap around frame, that increases in height along the stand, giving a sense of a soaring flight path. This structure also included internally lit large scale Ireland branded signs. Six individual company pods angled out towards the aisles incorporated integrated TV screens and glass display cabinets. We designed a HPSU (high potential start up) area along with a central store room, and an Enterprise Ireland and IDA shared reception area. Low level relaxed seating to one end of the stand gave companies a space to hold informal meetings. This area highlighted an array of sculptural aeroplane shapes, which was a fun, eye-catching element that reflected the aviation industry.

At Seek Design, we recognize that your requirements are diverse and we work closely with you to understand your company culture or personal lifestyle. These insights guide us in our quest to create interior spatial designs for various types of uses and experiences which are both functional and aesthetically engaging. Our expertise is shared across the spectrum of design disciplines to ensure an integrated, cohesive, coordinated and sustainable design solution.

The design process starts with our client’s needs, and this is what forms the basis for each and every project we carry out. Thereafter, we can begin to consider the scope of work and take our focus to the space at hand, proposing any renovations and reconfigurations that may help achieve the project goals.

Once the interior space has been programmed and planned, we turn our focus to architectural materials and finishes, proper lighting, and ultimately to interior and exterior furnishings. For a project to come together, we pay close attention to the different principles of design: scale and proportion, balance, rhythm, emphasis, and harmony. We believe this systematic approach leads to the most cohesive and successful interiors.

We work collaboratively as part of a team, ensuring that the creativity, innovation and excellence in design we bring adds real value to your business — optimizing all of the resources available. This dedication to each and every client relationship has led to a diverse range of clients.

Over the past seven years, our robust portfolio includes collaborations and partnerships with some of the most respected global brands — including corporate interior design for the Merrion Office in Georgian, Dublin and LinkedIn Headquarters Office in Graz, Austria — as well as interior design for Grand Social Bar and O’Briens Sandwich Cafes in our hospitality sector.

As professional designers, we use our knowledge and consider how people experience interactions and sensation within the space to create interiors that are physically and psychologically comfortable. Designing, redesigning, or renovating an interior space often involves a significant investment of time, money, and effort. Hiring a professional interior designer is the best way to ensure you get value for your investment. It also provides peace of mind knowing that your project will:
• Meet your needs and specifications
• Prevent costly mistakes
• Be both functional and aesthetically pleasing
• Make the most of available space
• Potentially contribute to improved quality of life and increased productivity
• Meet building codes and safety standards
• Meet universal accessibility guidelines
• Incorporate sustainable design and ergonomics
