Our Exhibition Design Ethos
At Seek Design we have over 10 years experience designing exhibition stands and National Pavilions for multinational businesses and government agencies. We strive to express our client’s brand in physical form, bringing to life their vision. Creativity, innovation and design quality are our key objectives, no matter the scale of the project. We are a passionate and enthusiastic team, ensuring that our exhibition design projects are delivered to the highest standards, to our client’s expectations, on time and on budget.
Our Exhibition Design Process
Brief – Listening to and understanding our clients is crucial to the success of any exhibition design project. This ensures we get a clear view of their hopes and aspirations for the stand. We use this information to tailor the design and create a totally original concept which will suit the client perfectly.
Design – Initially, concepts are created to fit the client’s budget and brief. 2d plans and 3D visuals are drafted to help the client visualise the design. Following the concept presentation, layouts are revised where necessary, until the client is satisfied. Detailed CAD drawing packages are created alongside tender documentation to allow the project to be precisely costed. Once a contractor has been appointed, tender drawings are updated to allow for the project to proceed to construction.
Construction – We have many years experience managing exhibition stand builds within the established exhibitions of Europe, the vibrant emerging markets in Middle East and further afield. We can facilitate our clients with international exhibition build contractors with whom we regularly work and highly recommend. Should the client wish to work with their own preferred team, we are very happy to collaborate with them. We will lead the project management of the stand build at the contractors workshop through to it’s installation at the exhibition hall. We regularly supervise the on-site build on behalf of our clients so that they can arrive safe in the knowledge that the stand is ready for them and can focus on the marketing goals of the event.
