The Brief Design a large-scale environmental graphics and wayfinding package across three phases of Indeed’s Dublin HQ, responding to Indeed’s brand values, the architectural language and the interior finishes. The aim was to create a cohesive workplace identity while giving individual areas their own character and maintaining clear navigation across a large, multi-floor office.

The Design Seek developed more than 60 meeting-room graphics alongside a full wayfinding system, bespoke 3D feature walls and large-scale installations. The wider narrative drew on the Dublin Docklands and surrounding landscape, with references to the River Liffey, Wicklow Mountains and other local landmarks helping create a stronger sense of place. A changeable world map was also developed to allow Indeed to highlight its growing international presence over time. The project was delivered collaboratively with local artists, architects, contractors and the client, with the graphic language carefully integrated into the wider interior design. Following the Dublin project, Seek also worked with Indeed on offices in Tokyo and London.

The Outcome The completed scheme created a coherent environmental graphics and wayfinding system across the three phases of Indeed’s Dublin HQ. Bespoke graphics, installations and local references gave the workplace a distinctive identity, while the wayfinding supported clear movement through a large and complex office environment. The result is a flexible visual system that reflects Indeed’s global presence while remaining closely connected to its Dublin Docklands setting.
